horrible experience. I tried to do the weekend bundle without success. when I got home and tried opening the app and putting it on my TV. it asked for a password, which I never got? so when I went to start, fight and put on my TV. it said to verify the account using the same credit card. I tried, and it charged me 2x more. then my bank flagged it as fraud and locked my account. I got no fight or money. my card is locked. also, it charged 3 different amounts. makes no sense!

They claim it is free to watch Club World Cup, but it is not... Download bait app Update: The developer replied there is a free plan. This is not accurate. Do not download. Even if you register and give your email, they dont have any free plan option. Second Update: I was finally able to see one game on the app. It takes a long time to load if it doesn't crash when trying due to an advertisement not playing. Very unstable, loses connection very often.

I get it that the free tier is free, but the every few minutes pop-up asking you to upgrade is EXTREMELY annoying. It kills your game watching experience. No one who said "No" 3 minutes ago is going to say "Yes" 3 minutes later, or 3 minutes after that 3 minutes. Upsell is understandable, even with all the ads already, but the constant pop-ups makes me NOT ever want to upgrade. Please change the frequency because I'm going to delete this app right after the Club WC otherwise.

what a horrible app experience...my device and app are up to date and I keep getting interruptions, terrible connection issues etc. Mind you any of my other 10 apps stream in 4K without any issues. My favorite one is when I click AND CONFIRM to close DAZN app, it still runs in the background and I can hear the audio. Am I supposed to clear the cache every damn time when I open this thing or what? Not recommended.

Uselesa. Downloaded the app for roku to watch the club world cup. So far, there has been a 1-2 hour delay in tbeir broadcasting of "live" matches. I downloaded the app to my phone to see if that would be any better, the matches wouldn't even open. Looks like I'm going to have to depend on Univision and I don't think they're showing every match.

free is ok, the constant upgrade ads are lame, a big box in the middle of the screen for at least a minute each time. i don't begrudge the upgrade push, but the implementation is lame. thanks to the reviews, I won't risk my credit info, since they appear to not have investedin customer support

Horrible app. Who designs an app that doesn't let you rewind live games? On my TV it only lets you jump back in 10-second intervals, so if you want to go back 10 minutes, say, it will take you literally forever. Installed it to watch the club world cup, I'm dumping it as soon as it is over.

Terrible company. Providing a regularly poor service (At least with the National League coverage) and horrible business practices. Prices were put up for the last couple months of the season while the same problems with streams cutting out and not working properly persisted. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They also try and sneak in subscriptions and fees for services you don't want, and hold a policy of cancellations having to happen 30 days prior to renewal, or else they charge further. Absolutely insane.

Connection issues have been driving me nuts lately. It keeps dropping out every 10 or 15 minutes. Everything is up to date and I've restarted everything I can think of. Please fix..... 15 months after I wrote my review, Dazn has gotten much worse. I'm paying how much for this garbage?!? The constant buffering is making this app almost unwatchable

It's a terrible app. Unfortunately they have the content I want to watch. Otherwise I would uninstall as fast as I could. The app is slow, loading times are absurd, when you're watching non-live, if you fast forward or back there's a chance it'll just jump to the beginning. It's just the worst.

One of the worst decisions I've made was subscribing to this app. When I signed up, they said I'd have a free trial. Then when I went to cancel the membership before the renewal date, they said I couldn't cancel and was locked into a 1yr membership for 12 months. Now, I'm paying $20/month for an app I haven't used since May of last year. A 1 star is generous. Never again. DON'T subscribe!

Predatory as hell. If you want the monthly, cancel anytime plan, you know, like a normal subscription streaming service, it costs more AND you have to give "30 days notice." Meaning, like me, if you notice a $32 subscription charge and think "Well, that's a bit steep," and promptly cancel, conveniently you have to give 30 days notice, so my subscription will only cancel on March 4, two days AFTER the next monthly charge. So, I'm on the hook for ANOTHER $32 for a service I JUST CANCELED TODAY.

Probably the worst app I've ever used. Using for NFL Game Pass. It doesn't work on Chromecast (navigation is terrible, no search option, click on a game that's over snd it automatically goes to highlights instead of asking if you want to watch the full game, sounds continues when you exit the game/app, etc.). Doesn't work on my Pixel 8 Pro (can't watch full screen, can't cast to another device, no search function, if watching on a delay it will kick you out when the live broadcast ends, etc.).

Reliably UNRELIABLE. One of the absolute WORST apps for streaming. They cannot maintain a stream. Week 16 of the NFL season and I haven't had a single game yet where I haven't had to restart the app because it was freezing. I just missed a touchdown in the game I was watching because of the lag issues. My Internet is fine, other apps work fine, the problem is 100% definitely with the app. If you have an alternate way to watch whatever sport you're trying to watch - use that. These guys SUCK.

Terrible customer service. I made the mistake of signing up for the "Monthly Saver" subscription thinking that I could cancel any month. "The Monthly saver" subscription sure is deceiving, because once you sign up for it, you are stuck with a binding contract that lasts one year! I tried to work with customer service but they were very inflexible with my request. So if you are planning on getting a subscription with Dazn, watch out!

Unable to give 0 stars. Unable to rotate to watch full screen on Android so end up having to watch on 1.5 inch screen. Pointless and unwatchable Advice appears to be uninstall and reinstall which doesn't work either. Edit - DAZN solution appears to be pay for a subscription to watch content they offer free if you want it rotated. "That's great to hear! However, from my side, I kindly request that you subscribe in order to access content with higher picture quality and all of the matches."

*Edit: This app has gotten terrible. Switching orientation of the screen forces the video to restart every time. It's maddening. Switching from the 30 sec rew/fwd was a mistake. 30 sec intervals were great to skip between rounds. (Previous review) Subscribed mainly for boxing. Love the quality and quantity of fight cards available. Really like that you can on-demand watch fights, even when a card has already started, but hasn't finished. Occasional buffering, but great app/service.

It shows the winning team on NFL games that have ended, thereby ruining the game. If you're watching a game that is live, but you don't want to watch it Live, but rather started an hour late, the video will sometimes skip ahead to live action for no reason, also ruining the game. Get rid of all spoilers so that we can appreciate the games. If you have to go to another app, then return to watch game, it closes the video and restarts either live, or if game ended, at the beginning. Very annoying.

I have used DAZN for 1 event for years. I pay for the month just to use it for 4 days. The app itself works good, quality of the stream is good. I change my rating because now they add a 30day notice to your cancelation (which makes u have to pay for another month if you over lap, which is fine i guess) so you have to contact them to cancel now instead of just clicking a button. after 30mins of them sending different offers and discounts, you finally can cancel this. Frustrating, horrible tactic

I can't remember a SINGLE event that I've enjoyed the whole way through!! The app is forever freezing up! It doesn't matter if I'm watching on my smart TV, ROKU, Fire Stick, Android phone or tablet... I cannot and have not ever enjoyed an event without having to restart or "go home" over and over and over again. I'm trying to watch Garcia/Vargas now and I've already exited the app 5 times in less than 7 or 8 minutes... If not for the great content this app wouldn't deserve any stars!
